Daily rates in US dollars are based on European Plan and subject to an accommodation tax, currently at 7 percent, and resort fee, currently at 10 percent. The resort fee covers gratuities for staff and resort services such as property shuttles, resort-furnished watersports and Internet access in the Business Center. An 18 percent gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. USD95 additional charge per night for third person 12 years of age or older and children 5-11 years of age are an additional USD47.50 per night, subject to 7 percent tax and 10 percent resort charge. Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, gentlemen are requested to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.
MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
Modified American Plan (MAP): USD115 per day for adults (ages 12 and up) / USD50 per day (ages 5 to 11) Breakfast / Dinner. Includes cappuccino and espresso with meals.
Lunch and Dinner Plan (LDP): USD115 per day for adults (ages 12 and up) / USD50 per day (ages 5 to 11) Lunch / Dinner. No beverages included.
Full American Plan (FAP): USD150 per day for adults (ages 12 and up) / USD60 per day (ages 5 to 11) Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner. Includes cappuccino and espresso with meals.
An 18 percent gratuity is added. No charge for children four and under. Parents and children need to be on the same plan.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
Rooms, villas and package reservations require a three-night deposit to confirm. All deposits must be received at time of booking. Room, villa and package deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 28 days prior to arrival from January 5 to December 18, 2014. Reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival from January 5 to December 18, 2014, require a credit card to secure and confirm.

Minimum-stay requirements and special deposit and cancellation policies apply to the end-of-year holiday period. Please contact the resort for complete details. Weekly package is based on seven-night stay; early departure is subject to surcharge for activities and services. For reservations falling over the Christmas/New Year’s period, special minimum stay requirements and deposit and cancellation policies apply.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
Children of all ages are welcome at the resort. For children 12 years old and above, staying in parents' room, there is a USD95 charge per night, and for children 5-11 years old there is a USD47.50 charge per night, subject to 7 percent tax and 10 percent resort charge. Cribs for infants are available complimentary but must be requested at time of booking. Children's menus are available in the Beach Grill for lunch and in the Pavilion for dinner or through room service. The Sugar Mill restaurant welcomes children 12 years and older only.
