The 18-hole, par-70 Tucker’s Point Golf Course is Bermuda’s premier golf experience. Originally designed in 1932 by Charles H. Banks, the course was completely redesigned in 2002 by Roger Rulewich, the former chief designer for Robert Trent Jones. Golfers traverse undulating fairways with many elevated tees, while coping with the varying speed and direction of changeable winds. Many holes and greens boast dramatic water and overland views, and the greens feature TifEagle, a Bermuda-grass hybrid that makes for a quick putting surface. A practice facility including a driving range, 10,000-square-foot practice putting green and short-game area is featured.

The pristinely manicured Tucker’s Point course receives consistent praise for the quality of its greens and maintains the impeccable condition of its playing surfaces year round. The Club, located in Tucker’s Town Bermuda, is set within a lush island landscape with breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. Tucker’s Point Golf Club has received praise from golfers as well as numerous media accolades, including Best Golf Resort from Travel + Leisure Golf and a Gold Star Award for Best Corporate Golf Outing from The Bermudian Magazine.

The Clubhouse, located on a panoramic hilltop, reflects signature Bermudian ambiance. It includes The Grille Room & Bar, Golf Pro Shop and full-service locker rooms with complimentary day lockers. The Grille Room & Bar serves lunch daily. On-course beverage cart service is also available. The Pro Shop carries an extensive selection of merchandise from top brands, such as Callaway, Adidas, Fairway & Greene, Peter Millar, EP Pro, FootJoy and Titleist. We provide the highest quality rental set with the new Callaway X22 irons for men and women. FootJoy shoe rentals are also available. To help navigate the course and add to your golf experience, we offer GPS carts. Walking is reserved for members only; carts are mandatory for non-members.

MID OCEAN CLUB: Guests of Tucker’s Point receive playing privileges at the renowned Mid Ocean Club, which consistently ranks among the world’s top 100 courses. Originally designed in 1921 by Charles Blair Macdonald, the historic course was enhanced in 1953 by architect Robert Trent Jones. Tee times are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and caddies are available to all golfers. The golf staff at Tucker’s Point Club will ensure that your clubs are transported prior to your tee time and the resort includes Mid Ocean Club as part of its regular shuttle route.

Please note the Rosewood Tucker's Point Golf Course will be closed for aeration June 24 - 25, 2013, as well as September 3 - 4, 2013. Green fees will be charged at 50% off on the week of June 24th, and 25% off on the week of September 3rd.

*Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times; appropriate attire is required. For men, shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks or Bermuda shorts. For ladies, dresses, skirts, slacks, mid-length shorts and blouses. On the course, appropriate golf shoes are required. Jogging, cycling, fishing and recreational walking are not permitted on the course. Golfers are asked to allow faster groups to play through in the interest of time.

TENNIS CENTRE

The combination of pleasant climate and world-class facilities makes tennis especially enjoyable in Bermuda. The Tennis Centre comprises a fully stocked Pro Shop, four Har-Tru clay tennis courts and locker rooms. Our Head Tennis Professional Terry Smith and Instructor Laverne Stowe are available for private and group lessons, including junior clinics, on our lighted courts. The Pro Shop features everything one requires to stay on top of the game including all-white athletic apparel for players of all ages, top-of-the-line tennis equipment and racquet stringing.

*All players are asked to check in and register with the Pro Shop at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled court time. Proper tennis attire is required; cut-off shorts, t-shirts and tank tops are not permitted. Proper clay court shoes must be worn during play. Proper tennis etiquette should be observed and USTA tennis rules shall apply at all times. Tennis court maintenance takes place Tues. & Fri. 7-9 a.m. and Mon., Thurs., Sat. & Sun. 7:30-8 a.m. At these times, the courts are unavailable for play.

Beach Club

The Beach Club features Bermuda’s largest private beach and boasts two freshwater swimming pools: the Horizon Pool, reserved for guests ages 13 and older, and the Fountain Pool, perfect for families with young children. The Beach Club also features a seasonal open-air restaurant and dining terrace, along with a bar pavilion, overlooking the surf of the picturesque South Shore and the Atlantic Ocean. The shaded pergola perched above a pink-sand beach creates a dramatic setting for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is casually elegant complemented by simple, yet sophisticated menus.

For your comfort and convenience, beach attendants will gladly arrange chaise lounges by the pool or on the beach with oversized beach towels. The Beach Club amenities are available April through October. Staff is on hand between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to assist with towel service and chair set up, along with food and beverages. In the fall and winter months, the beach remains open from sunrise to sunset. Limited services are available in winter months and special events can be arranged. Everything you need for snorkeling is available for rent from our Watersports Hut, located at the entrance of the Beach Club. Rent a mask, snorkel and fins and explore the reefs just off the shores of our private beach. The Dive & Watersports Centre is located just a short tram ride away on the shores of Castle Harbour.
