As Assistant Spa Manager at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Evgeniia Noskova leads with a passion for holistic wellness and transformative guest experiences. She curates immersive well-being journeys that position the spa as a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary wellness practices.
With over seven years of experience in luxury hospitality, Evgeniia brings a deep understanding of operational excellence, team leadership, and personalised wellness coaching. Her expertise in nutrition and holistic health further enriches the spa’s approach, allowing her to craft innovative treatments and bespoke wellness programs integrating local healing traditions that cater to an evolving clientele.
Before stepping into her current role, Evgeniia worked as a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach, gaining invaluable insights into the ever-changing wellness landscape. Her background also includes leadership roles in high-end dining and multi-outlet operations in Dubai’s dynamic hospitality scene, where she honed her skills in guest service, staff development, and strategic planning, including pre-opening experience.
In her current position, Evgeniia has been instrumental in enhancing the Fitness Centre experience, introducing new membership schemes, wellness consultations, and expanding personal training offerings to provide a more holistic approach to well-being. She has also led the launch of a sustainable organic clothing partnership with Back Wellnesswear, reinforcing the spa’s commitment to environmental consciousness. Additionally, she played a key role in introducing an exclusive line of facials and treatments in collaboration with Dr. Barbara Sturm, a pioneer in molecular cosmetics, further elevating the spa’s reputation for cutting-edge wellness solutions.
Evgeniia’s professional journey with Rosewood Abu Dhabi is marked by a strong commitment to service excellence and continuous growth. From 2015 to 2018, she held multiple positions within the property, including Guest Relations Associate and Executive Lounge - Manor Club Supervisor, where she played a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Her contributions extended to departmental training, where she mentored new team members and facilitated comprehensive learning programs to uphold luxury service benchmarks. Now, returning to Rosewood Abu Dhabi in a leadership capacity, Evgeniia seamlessly merges her hospitality expertise with her passion for wellness, reinforcing the spa’s standing as a premier destination for holistic well-being.
Evgeniia’s journey is backed by an international education, including a postgraduate diploma in Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School, along with Diplomas in Integrative and Clinical Nutrition (USA and Russia) and various certifications in nutrition and women’s health. She has also completed specialised training in management and wine education.
