Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other spa guests, we ask that you speak in a quiet voice and switch off mobile phones and pagers. If using headphones, please make sure the volume level is not audible to other guests. The spa is a non-smoking zone. Please be advised that it is good practice to shower before any treatment.
On arrival you will be supplied with a bathrobe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Towels are offered throughout the spa and disposable underwear is available for all body treatments. Facilities include separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with relaxation area and vanities stocked with a variety of toiletries. A late arrival will reduce the length of the scheduled appointment. Animals are not allowed inside of the Sense Spa and Fitness Centre.
No shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge. Our Spa Reception will need valid credit card information to confirm any bookings.
Kindly consult with your physician before taking any treatment or using our facility. If you have any allergies, please make sure to inform our Sense spa team.
Please note that pre-natal treatments are currently not available.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items and valuables during your visit. Please refrain from wearing jewellery or valuables to the spa.

Spa and Fitness areas are reserved for guests 16 years or older. Children are allowed in the Spa by appointment only and must be accompanied by an adult during their visit, with the written consent.
The use of the Spa facilities (sauna, steam room, cold mist shower, jacuzzi and relaxation lounge) is offered for children above 16 years old when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
It is not included in any Spa service or treatment unless you have booked a PT Session.
