Taxes

Room rates include 21% VAT and exclude 12.5% city tax. 

Deposits and Cancellations

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to noon three days prior to the arrival date. Any amendments, cancellations, or no-shows after the cancellation deadline will result in a charge for the entire stay. Please note that group bookings, offers, certain dates of stay, and room categories are subject to different terms and conditions.

Arrival and Departure

Subject to the room category, check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is at noon on the day of departure. For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-booking of the prior night may be requested in order to guarantee that the room is available upon arrival.

Transfers

Rosewood Amsterdam offers a private transfer, which can be requested with our concierge. An extra fee may apply subject to the room category.

Additional Person Policy

In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided. Children from 0 to 2 years may stay in their parents' room at no additional cost, with baby cots available upon request. Children from 3-12, a charge of EUR150 per night plus 12.5% city tax applies. For 13 years and older, a charge of EUR250 plus 12.5% city tax applies. Extra beds are subject to availability upon request, and a maximum occupancy is based on the chosen room category.

Pet Policy

Rosewood Amsterdam welcomes pets and has a dedicated pet program providing a range of cozy beds, bowls and toys. The following guidelines have been put in place to keep pets and guests happy:

• Pets are welcome in the outdoor areas of the restaurants, provided they are open.
• Small and medium-sized dogs are permitted in the indoor areas of our outlets.
• Pets must be well-behaved, supervised at all times, and should not pose any safety or comfort concerns for other guests or associates.
• If a pet becomes disruptive or causes discomfort, the team is empowered to kindly address the situation to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
• Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.
• Pets are not permitted in the spa and fitness facilities.
• An extra fee applies.
• Service dogs are exempt from the above rules.

Smoking Policy

Rosewood Amsterdam has implemented a smoke-free policy as a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for guests and associates alike. Our smoke-free policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes (including electronic and e-cigarettes), and vape pens or e-cigars. A smoking fee applies if this policy is not respected.

General Disclaimer – Liability for Injury in the Room

Rosewood Amsterdam shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring within the room or its premises, including but not limited to slips, falls, accidents, or any other incidents, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Balcony Disclaimer – Liability for Accident or Injury on the Balcony

Rosewood Amsterdam shall not be liable for any accident, injury, or damage occurring on the balcony or its surrounding areas, whether due to negligence, misuse, or any other cause. Guests are advised to exercise caution and use the balcony at their own risk.
