Immersive encounters at The Gallery

The Gallery

The Gallery is a dynamic cultural space where art, design, and creative expression come together through a thoughtfully curated programme of exhibitions and collaborations. With each new installation, the space transforms, inviting guests to discover new perspectives and experience something different.

On Show

Through porcelain, Anna Volkova captures what is almost lost: the fleeting life of a flower, the softness of a passing thought, the stillness just before a dream dissolves. A Daydream in Spring unfolds as a quiet reverie, where delicate forms, gentle colors, and shifting light blur the line between memory and imagination, inviting visitors to step into a moment suspended in time. A Daydream in Spring unfolds from 23 April to 30 May 2026.

Upcoming Exhibitions

June 2026

Through marble and natural stone, Matera Collective presents a curated collection of collectible design objects that sit at the intersection of art, design, and sculpture. Founded in 2025 by Manuela Rotta and Stefan Scholten, the collective brings together internationally acclaimed designers and artists including Ronan Bouroullec, Joep van Lieshout, Stefan Scholten, Job Smeets, Clara von Zweigbergk and Richard Hutten, each invited to explore the expressive potential of stone.

Rooted in Italian craftsmanship and shaped by a contemporary design perspective, each signed and numbered object reveals the individuality of its material, its veining, tone, and natural variation, transforming stone into expressive forms for contemporary interiors. Produced in limited seasonal editions, the works reflect a shared dialogue between materiality, process, and authorship, where each creator’s distinct language is embedded in the object itself. Matera Collective will be on show from 2 June to 30 June 2026.

July 2026

Through contemporary photography, Dance Like No One Is Watching explores overlapping queer narratives, intimacy, identity, and self-expression. Bringing together works by Michael Young, Martine Gutierrez, Michael Bailey-Gates, Christopher Smith, Joel Quayson, Pacifico Silano and Matt Lipps, the exhibition unfolds as a layered dialogue between visibility and vulnerability, celebration and reflection. Presented in collaboration with The Ravestijn Gallery, Dance Like No One Is Watching will be on view from 4 July to 10 August 2026 in celebration of Amsterdam Pride 2026.
