MANI MINI, a solo exhibition by Elsemarijn Bruys presented in collaboration with Heejsteck# Gallery, illuminates the subtle, often overlooked forces shaping our perception. Created for Rosewood Amsterdam as part of an ongoing partnership, the exhibition brings together a focused selection of Bruys’s most defining works, including PUFF and WARP, exploring her distinct relationship with material, space, and elemental conditions.

Through her artworks and installations, Bruys challenges two fundamental elements of daily experience: light and air. Rather than treating them as passive conditions, she exposes how instinctively the mind tries to make sense of what is inherently fluid, creating subtle interventions that sharpen the viewer’s senses through understated yet powerful gestures. MANI MINI will be on show in The Gallery from 27 October to 29 November 2026.
