Join us from December 4-7 for ‘Āina Reserves, an immersive weekend honoring land, vintage, and culinary artistry. This exclusive event brings together Sonoma County’s acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz and celebrated chef Dustin Valette, Chef-Owner of Valette and The Matheson, who will create two special dinners during the weekend. Guests will enjoy a curated journey of rare tastings and inspired culinary pairings that honor the essence of Hawaiʻi.
