For a more comprehensive journey, you are invited to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the wellness consultation and to start your wellness experience with us. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.

Please contact our Spa Receptionist to schedule your spa reservation.  We recommend advanced reservations to ensure availability.   If you are not staying at Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, we will require credit card information to confirm any reservations.  If you should wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation. please be advised that 24 hours is required in order for us to accommodate your request.  No Show or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.

Bathrobes, slippers and disposables are available at Asaya for your comfort and wellness experience. Swimsuits or shorts are recommended while enjoying the heat and wet facilities.

Kindly consult with your physician before taking any treatment or using our facility. If you have any allergies, please make sure to inform our wellness team.

To ensure peace of mind and comfort while you are enjoying your wellness experience, we provide secure lockers for all of your belongings. Asaya will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during your visit.

Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use any locker room facilities but may receive salon and spa services with the Parent/Guardian present in the treatment room and/or salon. Guests between the ages of 16 and 17 may use the facilities and receive spa services with a Parent/Guardian present in the locker rooms and treatment room and/or salon. Parents/Guardian will need to sign a release waiver upon check into the spa facility.
