Booking Transition FAQ


Effective 1 October 2026, Rosewood will conclude its management of Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth as the property transitions to new ownership.

We understand that a change in hotel ownership or management may raise questions. Our priority is to make the transition as seamless as possible and to ensure you have the information and support you need before your stay.

Effective 1 October 2026, Rosewood will conclude its management of Rosewood Le Guanahani St Barth as the property transitions to a new ownership and operator. We are working closely with the new operator to support a smooth transition for our guests.

Yes. Your booking remains confirmed, and we are working with the new operator to honor it in line with the terms confirmed at the time of reservation, unless we contact you directly with an update by 30 September 2026. 

No action is required at this stage. Please keep your booking confirmation and we will contact you if any details relating to your stay need to change by 30 September 2026. 

Your confirmed rate and booking terms will remain valid. Any payment or deposit arrangements will continue to follow the terms in your reservation confirmation. 

New bookings can be made by contacting the property directly at +590 590 52 90 00. Please note that bookings made after 30 September 2026 will be managed by the new operator.
