REWARD APPLICATION
Rebate or elevated commission applied to the final folio based on consumed, eligible guest-room revenue. Excludes taxes, VAT, service charges, and other fees.
ELIGIBILITY
Minimum 20 rooms for 2 nights or 40 total room nights.
Program applies to new group bookings only. May be combined with additional offers at hotel discretion.

- Group programs must be contracted within 30 days of one another to qualify for multi-program rewards.
- Offer is not applicable to city-wide events, full buyouts, entertainment programs, or designated blackout dates.
- Rebates may be applied either as a benefit to the end client or as a commission to an intermediary, but not both. Any rebate will be returned to the party that remitted payment.
- Each qualifying program must include a minimum of 20 rooms per night or 40 total room nights.
