Tibetan singing bowls are sacred instruments that produce mystical vibrations, offering powerful healing properties down to the cellular level. A 60-minute HIIT workout, Floatfit works to stretch and strengthen deep muscles through yoga and Pilates-style movements performed on a floating board. This fun, low-impact class challenges you to maintain balance while doing squats, lunges, burpees, mountain climbers and more, all without falling into the water.
