Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth is pleased to announce our participation in the 12th annual Saint Barth Gourmet Festival, beginning November 4th through November 9th, 2025.
Hosted by the Territorial Tourism Committee of Saint Barthélemy, the festival has become a respected player in the international culinary landscape and the most notable culinary festival in the Caribbean.
This year's theme will be All About Latin America, featuring guest Chef Alexandre Koa. Growing up, Chef Koa discovered his passion for cooking at age 10 and relocated to the Bordeaux region after his time in Burgundy with the Loiseau Group.. He first started in Saint-Émilion at La Table de Pavie, and later in Bordeaux itself at Le Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay - ultimately being appointed Head Chef in January 2023.
