Housekeeping

Your room will be serviced twice daily: a full service in the morning and an evening turndown service. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the privacy sign.

In keeping with Rosewood’s VERDES initiative to minimize the ecological footprint of our hotel, we offer guests the opportunity to join us in conserving natural resources. If you choose to participate, your bed linen will be automatically changed every second day. However, if you require your sheets to be laundered today, please place the VERDES card on your pillow. If your bath towels may be used again tomorrow, please hang them on the towel rack.


Laundry

Laundry services are available daily. Please use the laundry bag and form provided
in your wardrobe and contact the Front Desk for collection times and same-day/next-day service options. Laundry lists and bags are located in your wardrobe.



Ironing & Ironing Board

An iron and ironing board are available upon request. For delicate garments or special
care items, we recommend using our professional laundry and pressing services.

Adaptors

Universal electrical adaptors are available upon request from the Front Desk. Please contact us if you require assistance with any of your electronic devices.


Air Conditioning

All suites and villas are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning
(and heating where applicable).

• For comfort and energy efficiency, we recommend a setting of around 24°C.

• Kindly ensure that doors and windows are closed when the air conditioning is in use.


Safe Deposit Boxes

For your security and peace of mind, an in-room safety deposit box is located in your
wardrobe and is available free of charge.

The Management cannot accept responsibility for the loss of money, jewelry, or other
valuables not placed in the safety deposit box. If you encounter any difficulty in opening
or closing the safe, please contact the Front Desk by dialing 0 for assistance.

24-Hour Front Desk

Our Front Desk team is available around the clock for any assistance you may require,
from transportation and restaurant reservations to printing and general enquiries.


Personal Concierge and “How to Lao” Experiences

Our concierge will be pleased to create tailor-made itineraries based on your interests —temple visits, artisan workshops, Mekong cruises, trekking, or culinary explorations. Through our “How to Lao” recommendations and experiences, we help you discover everyday Lao life in an authentic and respectful way.

ATMs, banks and currency exchanges are located in Luang Prabang town. 
Our Front Desk will be pleased to advise on nearest locations, operating hours, and directions.

Private airport transfers can be arranged to suit your arrival and departure times.
Please contact the Front Desk or your butler to confirm or modify your transfer details.


Childcare/Babysitting Services

Babysitting services are available upon request. We kindly ask for advance notice to
ensure availability. For safety reasons, all babysitters are carefully selected and briefed
on resort standards.

Emergency Exits

For your safety, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the nearest
emergency exits from your accommodation and surrounding areas. In the unlikely
event of an emergency, all guests are required to proceed calmly to the designated
assembly point located at the Guest Parking Area. Our team is always on hand
to assist should the need arise.
