Zapote Bar is honored to participate in Negroni Week, joining a global celebration that pays tribute to the timeless appeal of the Negroni while supporting meaningful causes. From September 21 to 27, guests are invited to discover a week of special activations in partnership with Campari, featuring exclusive cocktail experiences, guest bartender takeovers, and the signature creativity that defines Zapote Bar.

Throughout the week, acclaimed bartending talent from some of Mexico's most celebrated cocktail destinations, alongside the Zapote Bar team, will present distinctive interpretations of the iconic cocktail. From Tulum's renowned bar scene to innovative concept bars, each collaboration offers an opportunity to explore the artistry, heritage, and evolution of one of the world's most beloved aperitivos.
