Taste of Cambodia is a vibrant four-day culinary celebration at Rosewood Phnom Penh, taking place from September 10 to 13, 2026.

This gastronomic journey presents an array of exclusive experiences, including the signature Food Meets Art dining experience set in the heart of the Art Gallery. There's truly something for everyone to relish, from exclusive lunch and dinner events with two Michelin-starred Chef Thierry Drapeau at CUTS to a high-energy cocktail party at Sora featuring local and international bar takeovers.

 

A significant moment within the itinerary will be the remarkable twelve-hands IBC Charity Dinner to support Il Nodo Cambodia, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities. Additional highlights include the iconic Tuna Cutting Experience at Iza and a lavish Sunday Brunch at Brasserie Louis, featuring guest Chef Kimsan Pol from The Embassy to bring the festival to a memorable close.

Food Meets Art

Food Meets Art is a unique collaboration between culinary and visual arts, bringing together exceptional cuisine and creative expression in a thoughtfully curated experience. Artist Dina Chhan will showcase a collection of 20 artworks in the Art Gallery, featuring paintings and ceramic works on wood. Inspired by these creations, Chef Lyngouv Nguon has curated a five-course menu using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce, with each dish reflecting the story and inspiration behind the artwork.

 

Guests are invited to explore the creative dialogue between a chef and an artist, where fine dining and contemporary art converge. Through a specially crafted menu and complementary exhibition, every creation tells a story, transforming the evening into a multisensory celebration of culture, craftsmanship and imagination.

Two Michelin-Starred Thierry Drapeau at CUTS

Former two-Michelin-starred French Chef Thierry Drapeau will bring his exceptional culinary talent to CUTS on September 11 and 12. Renowned for his philosophy of "Cuisine of the Soil," Chef Thierry has evolved his vision into "Floral Cuisine," incorporating edible flowers and herbs to create refined seasonal menus that celebrate the connection between land, sea and local culture.

 

At CUTS, he will present an exclusive three-course lunch and five-course dinner, elevating the restaurant's renowned dining experience into an unforgettable culinary event in Phnom Penh.
