The legendary Café Carlyle continues its celebrated fall series of music and conversation curated and hosted by Earl Rose, the Emmy Award–winning pianist and composer whose career spans film, television, multi-platinum recordings and concert halls. Known for his elegant touch and artistry, Rose has performed worldwide and composed for acclaimed projects, promising one-night-only events that will offer an intimate musical experience for Café Carlyle’s audience. Grammy-winning guitarist Jason Vieaux, described by NPR as “perhaps the most precise and soulful classical guitarist of his generation,” has performed everywhere from Lincoln Center to Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw. Renowned for his “eloquent and vibrant performances” (Gramophone), Vieaux is in demand as a concerto soloist with leading orchestras and is a champion of new music, with premieres by Pat Metheny, Avner Dorman, and more.
