Cancellation & Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Tickets cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred to another guest once purchased

Helicopter Transfer

• Flights operate during daylight hours and in favourable weather conditions
• Departure times may vary by season
• In the event of adverse weather, the helicopter transfer will be replaced by a private car transfer
• No refund or price adjustment will be issued in the event of a transfer change
