Directions

Once visited only by adventurers, explorers and pirates, today Virgin Gorda, on the historic Sir Francis Drake Channel, is for many the realization of an idyllic Caribbean vacation. Lush landscapes, deserted white sand beaches, brilliant blue waters and a vibrant Caribbean culture charm all who visit. The world-famous Baths of Virgin Gorda rock formations plus numerous unpopulated islands nearby combine to make the British Virgin Islands an ideal destination for modern day sailors as well.

Virgin Gorda is only 60 minutes by air from San Juan, Puerto Rico; 30 minutes from St. Martin, French West Indies; or a simple 15-minute flight from St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Tortola is the main island in BVI and the main point of entry. Scheduled daily flights into Tortola’s Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport are available from San Juan, St. Thomas, St. Martin and Antigua.

Guests traveling to the BVI are required to pay customs and a tax of USD20 per person, upon departure from the BVI. A valid passport is required for entry into the BVI and visa restrictions may apply for non-U.S. or non-European Union citizens. Please note, for weekend or holiday charters, customs cost may increase slightly.
