Rosewood Baha Mar’s Chef de Cuisine, Juan Meza, joined the hotel in 2018 to oversee the team at Costa. Juan brings personal experience to Costa, creating delicious coastal dishes from his native country, Mexico.
Striving to connect the country’s warmth and magic through his inventive dishes, Juan creates moments of discovery and delight for guests. At Costa, he combines this ethos with fresh, local Bahamian ingredients to create dishes offering boldness of flavor that is balanced by fresh herbs and zesty citrus notes.
