On Saturday 16 August, join us for From the Far North to the Deep South - a five-course gourmet dinner crafted by our culinary team using seasonal Northland produce, thoughtfully paired with whisky from Thomson and Cardrona distilleries.
Each pour has been chosen to complement the menu, including the smoky richness of Thomson’s Manuka Smoke Single Malt and Cardrona’s Otago Pinot Cask Whiskies. The evening also includes a special takeaway gift to mark the occasion.
Event only price is NZ$250 per person, overnight accommodation & event entry is NZ$1,495 per room, twin share. Bookings essential.
