Taxes

Room Rates are subject to a 10.25% transient accommodations tax, a 4.712% general excise tax and a 3% County tax. All other types of sale are subject to a 4.712% general excise tax.

Resort Fee

Effective for all reservations starting January 22nd, 2025, a daily resort fee of USD75 per night plus tax will be added to all new resort bookings. Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, includes a thoughtful collection of world-class amenities designed to enrich and elevate the experience of our guests with the land, water and one another. The resort fee provides access to these amenities which include:

• Kilo Kai ocean activities including complimentary sailing canoe excursions, sunrise canoe paddles, and all non-motorized water equipment such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkel gear
• Complimentary use of Asaya Spa's amenities including cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and hot tub
• Access to 24-hour fitness center
• Tennis/pickleball courts
• Rosewood Explorers Keiki Club 
• Cultural activities including lei making, ukelele lessons and cultural tours
• Complimentary bicycles
