The standard cancellation policy at Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort requires reservations to be canceled or modified at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of two nights’ room rate plus applicable taxes. Kona Village accommodations include a range of amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including oversized lanais, indoor-outdoor living spaces, luxury bath amenities, complimentary Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, evening turndown service, and curated minibars. Select accommodations also include private pools, hot tubs, outdoor showers, kitchens, and spacious gathering areas ideal for families and groups visiting Hawaiʻi Island.

Check-in at Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel's reservations or front desk team before your arrival to discuss available options.

Yes. Kona Village offers a variety of family-friendly accommodations in Hawaii, including connecting rooms and spacious suites that provide additional space, privacy, and flexibility for families and groups traveling together, including:
