Andrea Coro is the Executive Chef of Rosewood London. In his role, Chef Andrea is responsible for providing strategic direction to Rosewood London’s dynamic culinary team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the culinary division.
Chef Andrea has over 20 years of international culinary experience across Europe. His career spans luxury five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, with his journey at Rosewood London beginning in 2019 when he joined as Senior Sous Chef in Mirror Room. He has progressed through the ranks to Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef before his promotion to Executive Chef.
Throughout his tenure at Rosewood London, Andrea has supported numerous global hotel openings as part of the company’s taskforce and built and mentored a team of 80 chefs.
Prior to joining Rosewood London, Andrea held progressive leadership positions at Hotel Café Royal in London, where he transitioned from Chef de Partie to Head Chef over five years, supporting the opening and development of new dining concepts while maintaining five-star luxury standards.
Andrea’s international culinary foundation was built through key positions across Europe, including Chef de Partie at Le Baudelaire Restaurant at Burgundy Hotel in Paris and roles at prestigious establishments such as Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri and Londra Palace Hotel in Venice.
