From yoga classes, HIIT sessions and inspirational talks, the expertly curated itinerary offers opportunities for both revitalisation and relaxation for this annual international initiative dedicated to living well.
At the start of the day, guests will meet with Harry Jameson - Rosewood London’s Personal Trainer in residence - and a lululemon ambassador to enjoy a morning run. Designed as the perfect workout to energise and inspire, Harry has created a series of picturesque running routes around London landmarks, enabling guests to feel strong and motivated to start the day ahead.
Fuelled for action and on returning to the hotel, guests will be guided through a dynamic HIIT session expertly created by Jameson, followed by group yoga, with apparel provided by lululemon. The unique routine seeks to deliver workouts that will reinvigorate and energise for increased performance.
The morning exercise classes will take place in the stunning Courtyard, a true oasis in the heart of London, and will accommodate up to 60 people per session.
Following the workout, guests can reward themselves with a healthy bite from a dedicated wellness breakfast menu in the Mirror Room including raw, vegan, low-calorie, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes and juices.
The resulting programme will also feature inspirational talks by Jameson and a lululemon ambassador in the Living Room, focusing on how globetrotters can maintain and manage their health and wellbeing routines, with all fitness advice to achieve personal goals. A lululemon shop will pop-up for one day only on The Terrace, featuring the latest season of the lululemon apparel. A healthy lunch menu will also be available in the Mirror Room.
At the end of the day, guests will receive one of lululemon’s custom-made goody bags to help recover, repair and restore.

Rosewood London is one of the city’s most exciting places to drink and dine, with an assortment of culinary experiences to suit everyone. The bustling brasserie Holborn Dining Room is handled day-to-day by General Manager Julien Foussadier and serves classic British dishes with a twist throughout the day. Holborn Dining Room is also home to the Gin Bar, offering London’s largest collection of Gin. The Gin Bar features over 500 Gins and 27 tonics, including its very own signature tonic, made in house using a top-secret recipe. The newest addition to Holborn Dining Room is The Pie Room, spearheaded by Executive Head Chef and pastry expert, Calum Franklin. This is a one-stop destination dedicated to one of Britain’s most iconic dishes, and is a treasure trove of savoury delicacies, and somewhere for every food-lover to swing by and take away one of the beautifully intricate pastry creations.
Transformed by award-winning landscape designer Luciano Giubbilei, The Terrace enables guests to savour unique food and drink offerings reflecting the flavours and ingredients of each British season in a luxurious garden setting. Surrounded by lush greenery, The Terrace evokes the design of a quintessential English garden, with seasonal flowering plants in textural woven willow baskets highlighting the British craft heritage. Classically pruned London Plane Trees form the overhead greenery, and soft glow lighting offers a subtle backdrop, enhancing The Terrace’s privacy and intimacy.
The stunning Mirror Room, tucked away in the heart of Rosewood London, offers innovative and refined seasonal dining, and a decadent afternoon tea. The tradition of British tea is taken to new heights within the opulent jewel box-designed room and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
