ROSEWOOD SÃO PAULO’S TARAZ IGNITES THE SHACK
From December 18 to 28, the bold flavors of South America are landing on the shores of the Andaman Sea. Guests can savor the raw, fresh, and light flavors of Peru through ceviches, tiraditos, and causas inspired by Japanese techniques and enlivened with Latin accents, alongside the pungent, rich, and surprising tastes of Brazil. Dinner is served from 6 pm to 10 pm.
