The safety and well-being of the Resort’s guests and associates remain the utmost priority. Rosewood San Miguel de Allende continues to adhere to the following guidelines set by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ Commitment to Care global health and safety program to ensure the protection of all those who visit.
Rosewood San Miguel de Allende encourages all guests to wear face masks in all common areas of the Hotel (any area where there are other guests or associates) while associates continue to be required to wear a face mask in all areas of the Hotel. We appreciate everyone’s support in following these guidelines to minimize the risk for guests and associates.
CDC COVID-19 TESTING REQUIREMENT
Effective December 6, 2021, all air passengers, regardless of their citizenship status (U.S. Citizens, Permanent residents LPRs, and Non – U.S. citizens ) two years of age or older traveling to the United States must demonstrate proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test taken within one (1) day of travel to the United States before boarding as defined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Order before boarding a U.S.-bound aircraft.

For the convenience of our guests, Rosewood San Miguel de Allende arranged for local healthcare providers to set up a temporary lab at the resort to offer COVID-19 testing. U.S./MEXICO BORDER UPDATE
According to the latest communication from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S./Mexico border closure does not apply to air, freight rail, or sea travel between the United States and Mexico; it only applies to land borders (passenger rail, passenger ferry travel), and pleasure boat travels between the United States and Mexico. These restrictions are temporary in nature and shall remain in effect until further notice.
There is no quarantine required for travelers when coming into Mexico.
