Maximilian Deickert serves as Hotel Manager of Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, bringing extensive global experience in luxury hospitality to the role. He oversees the operations of the iconic 15th-century lakeside resort, one of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ most prestigious addresses in Europe.
With a career spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, Maximilian most recently served as Resort Manager at the award-winning Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands, where he led a team of over 270 employees. Under his leadership, the resort received top honors, including a Forbes 5-Star Rating and the No. 1 spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s “Gold List” for the Caribbean.
Originally from Germany, Maximilian began his hospitality career in his home country before taking on senior roles at leading properties such as Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, Kempinski Seychelles Resort, and Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg. He has developed extensive expertise in hotel openings, rebranding, and food & beverage operations—consistently demonstrating a refined approach to service, concept development, and guest experience.
Maximilian brings this global perspective and a nuanced understanding of European hospitality to Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. He is committed to further establishing the property as a benchmark for luxury in the region, focusing on tradition, local integration, and modern sophistication.
