Andreas M. Pade is a seasoned global luxury hospitality leader known for his exceptional service and sharp understanding of discerning travelers’ needs. With over 20 years of experience across premier hotels in Europe, the Caribbean, and North America, Andreas currently serves as Managing Director of Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria. Andreas brings deep expertise in quality management, crisis recovery, and operational strategy. His ability to lead multicultural teams and deliver innovative, sustainable solutions has made him a pivotal figure in luxury hospitality leadership.
From 2017 to 2022, Andreas led Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands through a remarkable post-hurricane transformation, reopening the resort to widespread acclaim. Under his leadership, the property received top accolades, including placements on Travel + Leisure’s Best New Hotels in the World – IT List 2021 and Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List 2021.
He began his career with Rosewood in 2011 at Caneel Bay, St. John, and played a key role on the pre-opening team at Rosewood Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas. His experience includes executive roles at Cotton House Mustique and further tenure at Caneel Bay, where he consistently delivered strong performance across guest satisfaction and operations. Earlier in his career, Andreas served as Executive Assistant Manager at Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, where he was instrumental in achieving ISO 9001 certification.
