A classic New York destination, The Carlyle Restaurant offers guests an elegant and chic dining experience. Executive Chef Ron Pietruszka has created a menu of classic American cuisine with European flair that features favorites such as Dover Sole and Lobster Bisque, in addition to seasonal specialties. The restaurant’s mirrored alcoves and dramatic six-foot tall floral arrangement complete the intimate country house ambience.

We are now offering a new two-course prix fixe lunch menu for USD36 or three-course for USD42. Available Monday through Saturday.
