Mr. Andrew Turner, a native Australian, joined Rosewood Hotels and Resorts® in March 2016 as managing director of Rosewood Phuket, the first resort in Southeast Asia for the ultra-luxury brand. With 22 years' experience managing both city hotels and resorts in Thailand, Australia, China, Egypt, Ireland, Qatar and the U.S. Mr. Turner has held hotel general manager positions, most recently at Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York, as well as at Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas; Anantara Sanya Resort; Lough Eske Castle of Capella Hotel Group; and The Ritz-Carlton, Sharm El Sheikh. Previously he worked in a number of The Ritz-Carlton hotels as hotel manager and executive assistant manager of rooms.
