The well-being of our guests and associates is of paramount importance, and our teams continue to operate to the highest levels of health and safety vigilance while working in accordance with Abu Dhabi authorities’ guidance and following international authority advisories and protocols to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our valued guests.
Our additional enhanced health and safety measures include, and are not limited to; intensive frequent cleaning of all high touch points across the hotel and providing contactless services upon request (including guest in-room service deliveries and payment options). In addition, we continue to follow updated health & safety requirements regulated by the Abu Dhabi health authority including requesting our guests to complete the ‘self-health declaration’ form at check-in, respect social distancing at all times, and to follow the “Al Hosn” pass regulations in order to enter all public spaces in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
In order to prepare for your visit we advise that you visit Visit Abu Dhabi to learn of the latest travel requirements and regulations.
