Idyllic Tuscan Resort Set to Reopen on March 29, 2018
March 22, 2018
Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, the historic Tuscan resort located in Montalcino, Tuscany and founded by Massimo and Chiara Ferragamo, will reopen for 2018 on March 29 with a special Easter Escape in Tuscany package.
To welcome guests back to the resort, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco is offering the Easter Escape. The 3-night package includes accommodations in one of the estate’s luxurious suites or villas. The property’s 11 villas are housed in restored 17th and 18th century farmhouses, each outfitted with artisanal furnishings and modern comforts. During their getaway, guests will be indulged with an in-villa couple’s massage as well as an intimate picnic set in their villa’s secluded garden or by the vineyards. On Easter Sunday (April 1), guests will also be treated to a decadent brunch for two at Ristorante Campo del Drago.
Open to other resort guests and travelers in the area, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco’s Easter Brunch features classic Tuscan dishes and spring fare, including Castiglion del Bosco Charcuterie; Tuscan Panzanella Bread and Tomato Salad; Homemade Ravioli Pasta with Butter, Sage, and Bacon; Risotto with Artichokes and Pecorino Cheese; Herb-roasted Easter Kid; and Lemon Caper Sea Bass and Shrimps. For dessert, guests will enjoy La Colomba, a traditional Italian Easter cake.
The Easter Getaway Package is subject to availability and starts at EURO 1,848 per suite per night and EURO 3,401 per Villa per night, VAT included. The offer is valid from March 30 and requires a minimum of a three-night stay. Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco’s luxury villas are available year-round for guest stays, including during the colder months with the resort’s exclusive Winter Villa Escape package, launched in 2016, which allows travelers to experience the beauty of Tuscany during the wintertime.
