Michelin-starred Ristorante Campo del Drago crafts vibrant dishes with fresh produce from the resort’s organic garden. Inspired by Siena’s Piazza del Campo and the estate’s single-cru Brunello, it offers terrace views of Montalcino’s lush hills and Val d’Orcia. Awarded its first MICHELIN star in 2023 and second in 2025, it’s a culinary journey celebrating the region’s beauty and flavors.

 

 

 

HOURS

Ristorante Campo del Drago will be closed from December 31, 2025 to April 3, 2026.

Starting April 3, 2026 the restaurant will follow be open for dinner, from 7 pm to 9:30 pm (Tuesday-Saturday). Closed on Sunday and Monday.

Earthy flavours with a contemporary touch

Executive Chef Matteo Temperini, Chef de Cuisine Daniele Bianco and Maître D’ Maikol Calosci and their kitchen and service teams offer guests an epicurean journey through this fairytale region’s gastronomic culture in a warm, intimate atmosphere. Matteo only sources ingredients from Tuscany, personally selecting suppliers from the local community, and hand-picks vegetables from our estate's organic kitchen garden.
