Dinner: 7:30–10:30 p.m.
The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday.
Executive Chef Matteo Temperini, Maître D’ Maikol Calosci and their kitchen and service teams offer guests an epicurean journey through this fairytale region’s gastronomic culture in a warm, intimate atmosphere. Matteo only sources ingredients from Tuscany, personally selecting suppliers from the local community, and hand-picks vegetables from our estate's organic kitchen garden.
