The Uniform of Belonging

As the world gathers for a spirited summer punctuated by a global moment in sports, Rosewood introduces a limited-edition jersey designed not simply for match day, but for the moments that surround it.

Created by British artist and designer Christian Jeffery, the jersey carries bespoke details drawn from Rosewood destinations. Rosette motifs take their cue from the architectural millwork of Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, while oak leaves pay tribute to the Menlo Park landscape surrounding Rosewood Sand Hill. At the heart of the design sits a custom crest inspired by The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, where Vancouver cherry blossoms, New York roses and orchids native to Nayarit, Mexico, come together as the jersey’s focal point.

A quiet homage to place, these delicate botanicals trace the fabric, softening the iconography typically associated with football.

“My vision was to blend the beauty of football culture with Rosewood’s unique natural landscapes to create a design with layers of stories to be discovered,” says Christian Jeffery.

Beyond guests who will carry it from city to city, the Rosewood jersey will also be worn by our associates across our hotels and resorts around the world – a gesture that transforms team spirit into a shared symbol of welcome and camaraderie. To wear the jersey is less about choosing sides, more about choosing to belong: to a community forged in celebration, to the places we visit, and to those we stand beside.
