Beginning at noon on weekdays, the restaurant treats guests to rapid, well-executed business set lunches, as well as a selection of Chinese comfort food. On weekends, the offerings expand into a lavish, exquisite brunch – perfect to while a few hours away with loved ones.
The culinary experience comes to a boil at dinner, when chef serves up signature dishes such as lobster linguini, grilled octopus and steak au poivre. The focus is on organic, locally grown seasonal ingredients, with imported oysters and other crustaceans – all responsibly sourced – rounding out the menu. The food is of course matched with a refined wine selection by the glass, bottled craft beers, lemonades and iced teas – as well as strong coffee and tea that serve as a coda to a beautiful meal.
