As you step into Sense A Rosewood Spa, you’ll indulge in tailored treatments like Hot Stone Therapy or bespoke Aromatherapy massages and rejuvenate with facials or body wraps. Afterwards, unwind in our serene relaxation lounge, sipping herbal tea and savouring healthy snacks. Our skilled therapists will guide you to balance and bliss.

Asaya Policies
We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled appointment. For a complete experience, we recommend you arrive an hour early to enjoy the use of the fitness centre facilities and indoor saltwater heated lap pool.
For guests arriving by car, we offer complimentary valet parking via the Howe Street entrance. Present your parking ticket when you check in at the Spa Reception desk.
Sense Spa is located on the 4th floor within the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. To access the spa please use the elevator located on the right side of the hotel lobby past the grand staircase.
If you are late for your appointment, it will still finish on time in order to not affect our other guests. The full price for the service will still be charged for the time reserved.
For your comfort, robes and slippers are available to you during your spa experience.
Sense Spa is an adult retreat for guests 16 years and older. To maintain the serene and balanced environment of our wellness facilities, we kindly ask that voices be kept low and cellphones turned off.
A consultation is provided prior to your treatments to inform our spa professionals of any health concerns, recent changes, or current ailments you may be experiencing.
Pregnant guests are asked to please inform the spa reservation associate at the time of booking. All pre-natal treatments (excluding facials, manicures, and pedicures) require a certified pre-natal therapist or a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Failure to inform the spa may result in the service being denied if we do not have a certified pre-natal therapist or a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) available on the day of your service. Treatments are not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy.
We kindly request that any changes or cancellations to your treatment experience be made 24 hours in advance for individual services and 48 hours in advance for multiple services and all spa packages. Missed appointments without proper notice will be charged at the full treatment price.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to local taxes.
