The Great House

With a strong influence from Laotian regional specialties, the menu truly embraces local culture. Our food and beverage program supports the local community through a 'farm-to-the table' dining concept that emphasises locally sourced and seasonal foods. This concept enables us to create a restaurant immersed in local identity. With no pre-defined menu, our chef works with local farmers, visits the area's markets and prepares a daily changing menu according to the available ingredients. Our wonderful organic kitchen garden at the property will provide herbs and produce for much of our menu.
