We suggest you arrive 10 minutes early to complete a consultation form before your appointment begins. Our therapists are skilled and trained in different modalities, feel free to discuss any requirements you may have to design a tailored experience.
The Spa is an area of relaxation and tranquillity and as such, all areas around and within the building are noise-free zones. We request that guests keep noise levels to a minimum and refrain from using cell phones or electronic devices in the Spa. The consumption of alcohol is not encouraged directly before or after any spa treatment..
Treatment times are reserved exclusively for you, and we therefore have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change the time of your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes but may not be able to guarantee the availability of a therapist. Cancellations within the 24-hour period will be charged in full.
