Location: San Miguel de Allende, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site situated in the historical heart of Mexico, is a one-hour drive from Leon International Airport (BJX) and 2.5-hour drive from Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX).
Getting There: Approximate flying times to Leon: Houston, 2 hrs.; Dallas, 2.2 hrs.; Los Angeles, 3.2 hrs.; Chicago, 5 hrs.; New York, 7 hrs.; Mexico City, 50 mins.; Monterrey, 1.1 hrs. U.S. visitors must have a valid passport to enter Mexico. Private airport transportation is provided by luxury Suburban from and to airports in Leon and Mexico City. Transfer by helicopter is also available, offering a breathtaking first impression of the beauty of San Miguel de Allende.

1826 RESTAURANT & BAR At Rosewood San Miguel's signature restaurant, 1826, guests experience innovative Mexican cuisine and a choice of dining al fresco on the patio amid the vibrant gardens surrounding La Casona or indoors in proximity to the restaurant's bustling open artisan kitchen. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Situated across from the main restaurant, the bar offers delectable snacks and a full bar with the finest tequilas to enjoy in a convivial, relaxing ambience enhanced with the comfort of a crackling fireplace. LUNA ROOFTOP TAPAS BAR Under clear, star-studded skies, the Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar serves up savory authentically prepared Mexican and Spanish tapas in a casual atmosphere. A tempting place to linger after the day's pursuits, this al fresco setting presents breathtaking views of La Parroquia, the city and magnificent sunsets. Open daily for dinner according to season.
AQUA Awash in San Miguel's warm sun, guests are offered refreshing beverages, specialty cocktails, Mexican snacks and light fare at the poolside restaurant and bar. Open daily in season from 9 a.m. to sunset.
