Inspired by the culture of northern Mexico, the celebration will feature a cowboy theme, adding a lively and authentic flair to the evening. Live norteño band music will set the rhythm, while activities such as a mechanical bull and the classic “toques” game will bring a playful twist for those seeking a more spirited experience. The heart of the evening will be a colorful traditional market, complete with stalls offering typical Mexican dishes, games, and an open bar featuring both classic cocktails and contemporary creations. The night will end with a DJ set that keeps the energy high, followed by a fireworks show that will light up the San Miguel de Allende sky—closing the celebration with a heartfelt tribute full of flavor, rhythm, and national pride.
For those who wish to keep the festive spirit alive beyond September 15, Luna Rooftop and Pirules Garden Kitchen will join the celebration with special menus inspired by Mexican cuisine. Throughout the week, both venues will offer traditional dishes with their own distinctive touch, showcasing the flavors that define the nation’s gastronomy.
