This large-scale Buddhist temple, modeled after the grand style of the Tang Dynasty, sits atop a mountain overlooking the sea. With a total construction area of 5,500 square meters, it stands as the largest Buddhist sanctuary built in China in the past fifty years and is also the largest temple in southern China.
