Currency and Rates

Rates in CNY Chinese Yuan are per room, per night. Rates are subject to availability and applicable tax and service charge which may change without notice.
 

Cancellations

The hotel's standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is to be received at least 24 hours prior to the day of arrival at 3 p.m. in order to avoid a penalty charge.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is by 12 noon.
 

Pets

Rosewood Sanya only welcomes pets upon approval of pre-submitted requests.

Pets are welcome at a RMB500 per night including cleaning fee and service charge.

The hotel offers the following rules for guests and their animal family members so that all guests may enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay:

• Pets should always be on a leash in public areas and size restrictions to under 25lbs
• It is the responsibility of pet owners to pick up after your pets
• Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub, as per Chinese Quarantine Law
• Out of respect for other guests, please ensure that disturbances like barking must be curtailed
   

Family Policy

Up to two children up to 12 years of age, can stay free when sharing a room with up to two adults at Rosewood Sanya, subject to availability. A baby crib/cot is complimentary while extra bed will be chargeable.

Ages 5 or younger, Complimentary if sharing bed with parents plus breakfast
Aged 3-5, Extra bed is CNY525/night, breakfast complimentary
Aged 6-12, Complimentary when sharing bed with parents, breakfast non-complimentary
Aged 6-12, Extra bed is CNY655//night, breakfast complimentary

Aged 13 or older, breakfast price at CNY260/person; aged 6-12, breakfast priced at CNY130/person; aged under 6, breakfast complimentary.
Aged 13 or older, extra bed price at CNY525/person excluding breakfast, CNY758/night with breakfast complimentary.

Children aged under 18 must be checked-in to the hotel accompanied by at least one adult.

Extra bed is only available in king bed rooms and suites.
 

Hotel Pool Policy

To ensure a pleasurable experience for all hotel guests, the pool is open for enjoyment after 3 p.m. day of arrival and up until 12 noon day of departure.

• Children aged under 12 are not allowed to access in 13th floor HAI Bar and Infinity Pool
• The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of registered guests only
• Per Chinese Quarantine Law, pets are not allowed in the pool area
• Only food and beverages from the hotel’s dining outlets are permitted. For guests' enjoyment and safety, pool toys and floats are not permitted with the exception of infant/toddler flotation safety devices
