EXPERIENCES

Sundays At Taraz

Embers and fire combine with sunny Sundays, dishes to share, good drinks and Latin music. We invite you to discover some of the flavors of Latin America, among the centuries-old olive trees, with special recipes that convey the soul and identity of Taraz.

Blending the very best of South American flavors

Taraz brings modern takes on classic dishes from the region's most significant countries, curated by the acclaimed Chef Felipe Bronze.

Wood fire cooking is the epicenter of Taraz’s culinary mood. Swirling across a variety of ambiances, including a wide-open terrace, the restaurant´s all-day menu reflects the gastronomic highlights of South America ─ such as the raw, fresh, and light flavors from Peru, represented by ceviches, tiraditos, and causas influenced by Japanese techniques and accented by hot Latin tangs, as well as the pungent, rich and surprising flavors from Brazil.

Leda & Catunda

For your privacy and comfort, we offer two private rooms at the Taraz restaurant, which feature a menu of traditional South American dishes curated by the acclaimed Chef Felipe Bronze.
