In common, they share a passion for wood fire cooking, which is the epicenter of Taraz’s culinary mood. Swirling across a variety of ambiances, including a wide-open terrace, the restaurant´s all-day menu will reflect the gastronomic highlights of the savory region ─, such as the raw, fresh, and light flavors from Peru, represented by ceviches, tiraditos, and causas influenced by Japanese techniques and accented by hot Latin tangs; the pungent, rich and surprising flavors from Brazil brought by seafood moquecas, wood fire-roasted suckling pig, feijoada ─, as well as the wild flavors of the exotic ingredients of Amazonia.
The traditional parrilla and churrasco, with high-quality grilled meats and vegetables from Argentina and Uruguay, are also on the menu. Chaotic yet organized, sexy but friendly ambient, Taraz brings many references from the Amazonian rainforest and improved “cliché dishes” from all South American countries, seasoned with the art and diversity of local artists and designers.
