Rates & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais and are subject to 5% of city tax and tourism tax. Room rates are based on availability and are quoted per room, per night basis.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and checkout is at 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Ten rooms or more are considered a group purchase; please contact the Hotel Sales office.

Please note that accommodation images reflect the general style, decor and layout of the room type; subtle variations may exist across actual rooms within the hotel.

Rollaway bed charges are BRL450 + 5% city tax per night for ages from 12 years old (certain room types only).

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee. Major credit cards accepted.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay on the credit card provided. In case the payment is refused, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The provided credit card must be presented upon arrival to pre-authorize as a guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

The hotel's standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received up to 48 hours prior to check-in time (3 p.m. hotel local time) in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the first night of the stay plus taxes will be due. Please note that group bookings and certain promotions are subject to different terms and conditions, which are detailed either in the group contract or promotion details.

Smoke-free Policy

Rosewood São Paulo, in compliance with local laws, maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the hotel indoor areas. Smoking is not allowed in any of our guestrooms. If this policy is violated, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Children Policy

Rosewood São Paulo is a child-friendly hotel and offers a range of services for children of all ages. Children 11 years and under may stay in their parents’ room in existing bedding at no additional cost, and in certain room types, an extra bed can be provided upon request.

Pet Policy

Rosewood São Paulo welcomes cats and dogs, allowing up to two pets per room, starting from Deluxe Rooms. There is a pet surcharge of BRL500. To keep pets and guests happy, the following guidelines have been put in place:

• Pets are not allowed in the spa, fitness facilities or food and beverage establishments in accordance with local laws. Nevertheless, your furry friends are welcome in our outdoor areas, including Le Jardin terrace and Taraz terrace.
• Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoors.
• Owners should pick up any "deposits" left by their pets.
