Tlecan Mezcal, a contemporary mezcalería that celebrates the rich cultural depth of Mexico, takes over the bar at Rabo di Galo for a singular night with us. Inspired by indigenous cultures and Mexico’s urban traditions, the bar offers a cocktail experience that is both ancestral and innovative.
On this special occasion, bartenders Daniela Prado and José Ángeles present an exclusive menu featuring artisanal spirits such as mezcal, raicilla, bacanora, pox, and sotol — all sourced directly from small producers across various regions of Mexico. The experience is elevated by cocktails crafted with native ingredients like pulque, heirloom corn, and cacao, prepared using contemporary techniques that honor tradition.
