Rates

• Rates vary based on arrival date, occupancy, accommodation type and/or length of stay.
• The rates are per room per night. The taxes stipulated are not included. The stipulated V.A.T. is 10%.
• Single or double occupancy per room and may be subject to change.  
• Service charge is included.

Deposit and Cancellations

• Standard guarantee policy: a valid credit card is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. 
• Deposits can be requested based on the room type and the rate reserved.
• Standard cancellation policy: cancellations should be received before 2 pm Madrid time of the day prior to arrival in order to avoid penalty charge. Should this not be the case, one night penalty fee will apply. Exceptions may apply depending on room type and the rate reserved.
• For any early departure, the same rule will apply and the remaining of the stay will be charged.

Additional Occupancy Policy

• EUR148 charge (VAT included) applies for any third person from 12 years old and above staying in room. Based on maximum occupancy per accommodation.
• Family Rooms and Houses are excluded.

Arrival and Departure

• Guests may check in after 3 pm.
• Check-out is at 12 noon.
• For arrivals prior to check-in time, pre-registration conditions may be requested in order to guarantee the room is available upon arrival.
• Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.

Transfers

• Roundtrip transfers from/to Madrid Adolfo Suarez International airport are not included in our rates and have an extra cost of EUR200 (taxes included) per way. Flight information may be provided at least 3 days prior to arrival. Exceptions may apply to specific room types and rates. Rates valid for services between 7 am and 11 pm.

Children Policy

• From 0 to 3 years old, complimentary baby cot.
• From 4 to 11 years old, sharing the parent’s room, complimentary extra bed or sofa bed (based on maximum occupancy per accommodation type).

Pet Policy

• Small and medium sized domestic dogs and cats, up to 33lbs (15kg) are allowed at a non-refundable fee of EUR150 per stay per pet. (VAT included). A maximum of two (2) pets can be accommodated per room. Guide dogs may enter all areas of the hotel at no additional cost. 
• Pets on a leash are welcome throughout the property, except at Sense spa and the fitness center. When outside of the guest room for transporting in and out of the property, the pet must be leashed or crated for the health, safety, and concern of all other hotel guests.
• Pets policy consent form shall be signed upon arrival.

Smoking Policy

• In accordance with law 28/2005, passed by the Spanish parliament on 26 December 2005, regarding tobacco-related health measures and the regulation of the sale, supply, consumption and publicity of tobacco products, the hotel Rosewood Villa Magna is a non-smoking establishment.  
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Drone Policy

• The enjoyment, safety and privacy of guests, residents, and associates is of primary concern to Rosewood Villa Magna. The use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones is strictly prohibited on or above the property.

Cash Payment Important Information

• Under the law 7/2012, art. 7, cash payments for amounts exceeding EUR1.000 are not permitted. If the client acts as a natural person and certifies that he is a tax resident outside of Spain, the limit will be EUR10.000.
