From September 24th to October 4th, Rosewood Villa Magna invites you to experience a singular Culinary Tapas Tour—a curated gastronomic journey that unfolds across four of our distinctive dining spaces in one seamless evening.
Over the course of two hours, guests will be guided through this immersive tasting route, savoring expertly crafted tapas and wine pairings that celebrate the rich regional flavors of Spain, all within the elegant ambiance of our culinary spaces.

Tapa Tour (2 hours duration):
8-8:30 p.m.: Amós Restaurant
Your culinary journey begins with a masterpiece by renowned Chef Jesús Sánchez. Experience a stuffed bun with Madrid-style tripe, paired with crispy bits and spicy brava sauce. This dish is served with a glass of D.O. Ribera del Duero wine.
8:30-9 p.m.: Las Brasas de Castellana
Next, discover a tantalizing "sea dog" with spicy nuances and sea-flavoured mayo. Enjoy this delightful creation alongside a glass of sparkling D.O. Cava.
9-9:30 p.m.: Tarde.O Bar
Taste a beloved country delicacy with our Oyster croquette, perfectly balanced with vermouth-infused tomato and smoky notes. This unique offering is paired with a refreshing Martini Bianco Spritz for a delightful twist.
9:30-10 p.m.: Flor y Nata
Conclude your gastronomic adventure on a sweet note with a Blueberry sobao sponge cake with yoghurt and lime mousse. This exquisite dessert is perfectly matched with our signature Espuma de Mar cocktail.
