The suite features a large lounge that seamlessly transitions into an expansive dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, offering the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. The master bedroom and connecting studio suite both feature king beds, providing a sumptuous retreat. The connecting deluxe room boasts two queen beds, ensuring ample space for guests. Step out onto any of the three balconies and soak in the sweeping ocean views, experiencing the true essence of the Bahamas.

Daily room rates are calculated in U.S. dollars (USD) and may vary based on arrival date, occupancy, room type, and/or length of stay. All payments are processed in Bahamian dollars (BSD), including credit card transactions. Rosewood Baha Mar is not responsible for any exchange rate variations your bank may impose. Rates are subject to a 21% tax. This tax includes a 10% VAT on all room rates, fees, and levies; a 5.5% Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB) Levy; and a 5.5% Cable Beach Resort Association (CBRA) Levy.

Effective for arrival dates beginning January 1, 2023, all rates will be subject to a 16.5% resort fee, which includes 10% VAT per room, per night. The resort fee covers all gratuities within the Baha Mar Resort enclave, as well as the following services and amenities.

Each additional adult in the room is subject to an additional charge of USD 125 per day plus all applicable fees. An adult is considered any person 13 years of age or older.

Each additional child in the room is subject to an additional charge of USD 50 per day plus all applicable fees. A child is considered any person aged 3 to 12.

Children ages 0 to 2 years will stay at no charge using existing bedding.

Deposit and Cancellations

For stays between May 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025

A two-night deposit, which includes the room rate, service charge, and tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 14 days prior to arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025

A two-night deposit, which includes the room rate, service charge, and tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 7 days prior to arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between November 1, 2025, to December 19, 2025

A two-night deposit, which includes the room rate, service charge, and tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 14 days prior to arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between December 22, 2025, to January 3, 2026 

A 50% deposit, which includes the room rate, service charge, and tax, is required at the time of booking, followed by the remaining 50% due on August 31, 2025, to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 5:00 p.m. local hotel time on August 31, 2025. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply.

For stays between January 5 – April 30, 2026

A 3-night deposit, which includes the room rate, service charge, and tax, is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local hotel time 21 days prior to arrival. For stays between February 15-21, March 6-14, and March 19-April 10, 2026, the full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival. Special minimum stay requirements, deposit, and cancellation policies may apply. 

 

Payment is based on room rate, occupancy tax, service charges, and resort fees.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to assist in case of unforeseen cancellations. Rosewood Baha Mar cannot be made responsible for cancellations due to family emergencies, health-related issues, airline schedule changes, or weather conditions.
 

Food and Beverage Charges

Food and beverage charges are subject to a 15% service charge and 10% VAT, including In-Room Dining. Rates, taxes, service charges, and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

Children age 5 and under dine complimentary when accompanying parents in resort restaurants and ordering from the children's menu. Not applicable for In-Room Dining.

Children ages 6 - 10 will receive 50% off meals when accompanying parents in resort restaurants and ordering from the children's menu. Not applicable for In-Room Dining.
 

Early Departure Policy

In the event of an early departure, the full amount of all originally confirmed room nights will be charged.

Check-in is at 4 p.m.
Check-out is at noon.
 

Drone Policy

The enjoyment, safety, and privacy of guests, residents, and associates is of primary concern to Rosewood Baha Mar. The use of unmanned aerial systems or drones without prior permission by Rosewood is strictly prohibited on or above resort property.
 

Pet Policy

Pets must be less than 60 pounds, and some breed restrictions may apply. Only cats and dogs are allowed. Two-pet limit per room. There will be a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250.00 per stay, which includes pet amenities. Pet amenities for use during your stay include a water bowl, food bowl, treats, pet bed, and pet toys. Pets cannot be left in the guest room alone. Please request a specific time for housekeeping services when you and your pet(s) are in the room together. Animals are not allowed in the pool area or restaurants, due to local health regulations; beach guidelines may apply. *If you change rooms at any time during your stay, there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Hurricane Policy: No risk guarantee

In the event that a hurricane watch or warning is issued within (3) days of your scheduled arrival by the United States National Hurricane Center (NOAA) for New Providence, The Bahamas, or for your place of residence, you may contact your travel professional who booked your trip or the Rosewood reservations team prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel your stay and we will hold your full deposit for a future stay within a 12-month window with no imposition of no show penalties, or any other hotel cancellation or change fees.

Early Departures

If guests are on vacation at Baha Mar and wish to depart early due to the threat of a hurricane, a full refund will be issued for the remaining nights.

Terms & Conditions

Rescheduled accommodations will be in an equivalent room category to the one originally booked. Accommodation of same room category is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Other expenses, including but not limited to pre-arrival bookings such as hotel transportation, kids club, etc., will be refunded. Airline ticket holders are subject to airlines’ policies and guidelines.

This policy does not apply to group bookings. Group bookings cancellation will be held in accordance with the group sales contract.

This policy is for individual travel booked directly with Rosewood Baha Mar; it does not apply to bookings via third parties, tour operators, or resellers. Bookings made through these entities must contact their original booking source for information on the hurricane policy for their reservation.
