Groups with 20 rooms or more per night will receive a choice of up to three (3) exclusive incentives and amenities, certain to elevate the experience for all attendees. Valid for a minimum stay of three nights during these travel periods:
 

  • June 1, 2025 – December 20, 2025
  • June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
  • June 1 - September 30, 2027
  • June 1 - September 30, 2028

Choose from the following

  • 5% room revenue rebate to the master account
  • One upgrade to Studio Suites (per 20 rooms)
  • One complimentary night (per 20 rooms)
  • A Rosewood gift card or give-back option to a local charity* (value based on the group’s final room night pick-up):
  • 60–99 room nights: 400USD
  • 100–149 room nights: 600USD
  • 150–249 room nights: 800USD
  • 250+ room nights: 1,000USD
  • Up to four complimentary room nights for a pre-planning visit
  • 200USD resort credit (per room, per stay; resort credit applies to Rosewood Baha Mar outlets only and is not valid for group events)
  • Up to 20% attrition allowance (on room revenue only)
  • Waived setup fees (for on-property events only)

*Reward may be split between the client and third party.
