With nearly a decade of experience within the Rosewood family, Chef Sanabria brings a refined, globally influenced culinary perspective shaped by his time at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Baha Mar, and Rosewood Little Dix Bay.

A graduate of the Centro Superior de Hostelería de Galicia, his career includes tenures at some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Moments at Mandarin Oriental Barcelona and the three-Michelin-starred Sant Pau in Spain and Japan.
 

This intimate, multi-course dining experience showcases Chef Sanabria’s elegant, technique-driven cuisine, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines curated in partnership with Bristol. From a vibrant lobster salpicón to delicately smoked seabass, pan-seared duck magret, and a refined dessert finale complemented by a signature Macallan cocktail, each course is designed to highlight the harmony between cuisine and wine.
